Rates and Floorplans

Per person, 12 installments for a standard term of August 20, 2027 to July 27, 2028. Approximately 33% of the stated rate is allocated to an accompanying lease for furnishings, utilities and amenities, including high-speed Internet, water, electricity, natural gas, community amenities. Annual $150 administrative fee required. Limited spaces are available for immediate move-in; please inquire with our staff. Current available rates shown; rates are subject to change through the time a contract is fully signed.

Per person, per installment for a fixed term beginning on the selected start date and end date. Move-in date will generally be set to the 1^st or 15^th of the month, or the next business day if the 1^st or 15^th is a weekend or holiday. Whole number of installments required as specified in the Housing Agreement (e.g., 7 installments for a start date in January 2025); reduced first installment for immediate move-in on the 15^th of a month.
